We had to read and write at the same time because we had a timeline it was a challenge at first but when we had to display we were on fire but it still took time. The Arts

Recently Room 4 have been working on the arts inquiry:I decided to do Ariana Grande the actor and singer

In the beginning we thought the arts were just paintings and drawings, but we were amazed because it is really dance, acting, singing and cooking. first we had to pick our person and their art.We did days of research to dig up all the facts and details about that person and we asked the w questions [Where, why, who, what] we also had to think about how we were gonna present it [poster and google drawings]. We had to chose our next person and the challenge was we could not do the same art again.It was a real chalenge because we had a time limit.

Lazing in the dry golden grass , the stif trees tower over me the sound of breeze hitting the rushes. Wanting my claws and teeth dug into a buffalo.  I have my eye locked on the meal. This is the feast of a lifetime.

The threatening rocks hide me .  My flawless patience is the key to a successful hunt.My trio lines up.  The Grand Canyon barrier surrounds us. There is no escape.

The beast comes closer and closer I duck and cover myself as much as possible. It notices us, it comes to a stand still. It  breathes heavy, flinches, makes a bolt we move in I bounce onto it. I slip off it runs. You're lucky this time.

Hi my name is Rhiannon and I go to Matawai school. I'm in a family of 6, I have three older siblings, I’m the youngest.  I've lived in Matawai for 10 years. I live on a farm. I have 10 dogs, two baby Kunekune pigs and two Guinea pigs.

My favourite things to do are gymnastics, singing and drama. In 2020 I'll be going to Gisborne girls high. My favourite food is cheese pizza and macaroni and cheese. My goals this year too improve in maths, reading and writing and out of school is to be there for my brother who has had a

life changing accident.
